long weekends rule!
Easter weekend is the best. I love having four days off. It's only Saturday, and I already feel like I should be heading back to school tomorrow!! I even finished all my marking yesterday, so I can do whatever I want for the next three days without having to worry about work! (Not that I usually end up worrying when I leave all my marking to the last minute...)
Last night I had Easter dinner with my parents. Instead of doing a traditional meal (with turkey or ham, dressing, potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, etc.), we ordered Chinese food. I felt a bit like Ralphie in "A Christmas Story," when his family goes out for dinner after the neighbour's dogs eat their turkey. It was awesome. A new tradition has begun.
Tonight I'm seeing Scary Movie 4. I've heard it isn't quite as good as the other three, but even a small fraction of fabulous can be a great movie.
Happy long weekend!!
