Help!
I feel like I've been punched in the stomach right now. Lately it seems like any time I get stressed, I get physically ill. And I've been under major stress lately.
It's so stupid, but I don't know how to keep it under control. Yoga? Exercise? Meditation? Any ideas?

Hey stoker, sorry to hear you're literally being beat up by life.
The only way to beat stress is to relax. 1) Find out the cause of all the stress and if possible, remove it. 2) Very hot baths. Soak in them with the lights off and your favourite-calm and relaxing-music playing in another room.
It helps if you are alone for this, as to hear the music, you have to leave the door open.
You going to tell us the cause of the stress?
Meditation definitely helps.
The cause of the stress is mostly work. Things are kind of ugly there right now. I'm trying to keep a positive attitude, but some days it's hard.
It's nothing I can't work through, though. And I like the hot baths idea! I may try that this weekend!
